Lisa Smith Wandel

Trying not to let age catch up with me. This past summer (08) I entered my first triathlon, and since the first one, have done three others (not good...yet!). I enjoy metric and century bike rides, hiking, kayaking, mt biking, camping and traveling (Australia, Hawaii, Alaska, Costa Rica, Paris, England..). My son attends Penn State, and my daughter will be heading to college in 1.5 years. I am not going to let the empty nest syndrome hit, and thus the reason for all these activities (and heredity- remember, mom was a phys ed teacher).
